Are These Results Genuine?

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is about our options trade history. This is understandable, because there are numerous online options trading signals services that present edited trade histories.

How can you differentiate options trading signals services with genuine trade data from those that present "edited" histories? Unless you are a subscriber to such a service and notice actual discrepancies between the options signals you received and the various options trades then reflected in the official trade history, it may not be easy establish whether a service's trade history has been embellished.

On the other hand, there are a number of factors that can give you a certain measure of confidence that a service's trade history is genuine - presenting real, unedited trade data (i.e., entry and exit prices):

  1. When a service that issues trading signals is monitored by an independent third party, it becomes very difficult for that service to make editing changes to their trade history. One of the requirements of the monitoring service is that trading signal alerts (including notification about the opening and closing of trades) be sent simultaneously to the service's customers and to the monitoring company.

www.pro-option-profits.com is a professional monitoring company for online options trading services. For an online options trading service to receive the Pro-Options-Profit Seal is a sign that this company's trade history is genuine.
  2. Another way to verify whether a service provider's trade history has not been tampered with is to find out whether its options signals are auto-tradable by major online brokers.

One of the requirements of an auto-trading agreement between a signals service provider and an online options broker is that the service's trade history has to match the actual trades executed by the auto-trading broker. The auto-trading agreement may be suspended if any discrepancies are noted between the options trades (as reflected in the trading service's trade history) and the actual trades executed by the auto-trading broker and/or if the broker receives complaints about differing signal returns.

When you see that a trading service's online options signals can be auto-traded, you may have confidence that the presented trade history is real.

Rest assured that our trade history is genuine; we do not ever resort to back-tested trades. Our signals are monitored by www.pro-option-profits.com.
