There are several major reasons why you may have trouble
The first is that your computer may
not be accepting cookies. Make sure that your browser allows cookies (i.e.,
that cookies are turned on) . This is required in order for you to be able to
fill in our signup form. If it does not, follow the Instructions for Enabling Cookies.
Another possible explanation for
signup problems is that you may be using two languages on your computer. If
this is the case, please ensure that your signup information is provided in
Sometimes, the signup page may not display
correctly because the browser isn't set to "Western" text encoding. In most
browsers, you can manually change the text encoding style by clicking on the
"View" menu and selecting "Encoding" or "Text Encoding", followed by "Default"
or "Automatic". If this doesn't solve the problem, select either "UTF-8" or
Western text encoding.
A misconfigured firewall may also
cause problems with the signup forms. Try turning off any firewall software
you may have installed, such as ZoneAlarm. (Instructions
for configuring your firewall).
Sometimes, you may have difficulties submitting our
form from a "public computer", for instance from an Internet cafe (cyber
cafe), library terminal, and so on. In such a situation, there is not much we
can do to help you. Since you are not the owner of the computer, you most
likely will not be able to change its security settings. All we can recommend
is to try another computer or to wait until you can use your own computer
A few of our subscribers are still using old web browsers.
Unfortunately, this can lead to problems logging into our site and
viewing our charts To remedy the situation, we strongly suggest
that you download the most up-to-date browser version available
